I had an amazing experience with ALM. Destin was the best and make the experience smooth and stress free.
Good service, very delayed checkout. My car was ready and sitting there for an hr before I was called from waiting area to pay and leave. Also no complimentary car wash, even though it said so on receipt.
This dealer go back to me quickly and warmly, providing me with all the information about the car I was interested in. Their answers really hit the mark
Rianna reached out promptly and worked to get me the best deal possible on my 2026 Toyota Tundra. I traded in my old vehicle and the deal went quick and as smooth as it could go. I'd definitely recommend purchasing your next vehicle from this establishment.
The ONLY reason I would recommend this dealership is because of my sales person Jeff and the other friendly faces that greet you upon entering the sales floor. My issue with ALM Kia South is the fact that I bought a used car which flagged an issue the very next day after driving 45 miles. Everyone involved was incredibly accommodating and took extra time to address my concerns without ever making me feel rushed.
The experience with this dealership was the absolute worst ever!! Would not recommend anyone purchasing anything from any of the ALM dealerships!! They do not stand behind anything they sale at all!! Purchased a car from them and according to them the vehicle had a clear car fax and no issues, but a week later noticed the clear coat coming off the car and also noticed issues with the paint.. took car to two separate body shops and was told the vehicle had damaged to the whole drivers side and to fix the previous repairs already done was gonna be ... Darian was really good. A straight shooter. Went in after work and was done by closing time. The whole transaction took about 2.5 hours. I'd definitely go back and recommend them.

I was greeted in a very friendly and professional manner. The staff appeared to be knowledgeable about the various vehicles types. I was not pressured or rushed to make an decision in regards to purchasing. Uryah Lucas, saleswoman was wonderful to work with. Their was a lot of conversion between us to assure the vehicle was the right fit for me, and I was able to exam and compare various types and their features.
I decided a few years ago to try a Kia brand vehicle, and I was pleasantly surprised with not only the quality of the vehicle but the professionalism of the staff. They are professional and make you feel as though you are family.
The service department staff is always courteous and knowledgeable about my vehicle. Recently Justin did and awesome job. My hat off to him for a positive resolution of an issue I had.
Everyone was very nice. Darin assisted us in buying the vehicle. The store is immaculate.

“I purchased a Mercedes truck from your dealership and shortly after taking possession, I discovered that it was sold to me with bald tires. After putting $12,000 down and purchasing a $5,000 platinum warranty, I expected the vehicle to meet basic safety standards. Instead of addressing what I believe is a safety issue that should have been identified before the sale, I was quoted an additional $1,800 for replacement tires. I am extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled and am requesting that the dealership take responsibility and provide a reasonable resolution.”

I scheduled my appt then when I arrived was told I had to come back when my original advisor was in. I had purchased tires and a few weeks later had shaking. No one told me the advisor that assisted with the tire purchase had to be present when I set the appt when I brought it in to check the shaking. I had to leave and reschedule for later when the advisor was in. That messed up my entire day because I had to reschedule other appts to come back to ALM.
Chris was excellent to work with. I would recommend him forsure. He moved fast and got us in and out.

It makes me sense that I bring my car to you every time I need an oil change and no one never ever reported an issue until now $2000 work need to be done. It makes no sense should’ve been up kept as I bring it in for the oil change customer service sucks.
I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they reached out to me, always friendly and genuinely open to hearing any questions or preferences I had about the car.

Jeff was phenomenal. No games no hassle. Everything was seamless. Only issue was the insurance however he provided help with that as well. Superb work. I love my vehicle.

I had a great experience buying my Kia Telluride at ALM Kia South. The Associate and the manager were very helpful.
Like any other car dealer you need to be careful for the small print. ALM KIA in Union City is not the exception. The finance manager captured my digital signature and initials and paste them on every electronic contract as possible. I was over charged for a tire insurance for 1500 dollars without my approval. Cancel this fake insurance is nearly impossible, everything is set for ripping you off.
The service center addresses customer concerns and necessary vehicle concerns in each appointment. They truly get it done the first time no back and forth.

Good to start during buy process. How ever after deal the dealer will not respond to calls regarding fixing a couple of issues they agreed to take care of. Calls to salesperson and sales manager go unanswered and/or no call backed on messages left. Not even courtesy to even say they will no longer keep their promise. Phone mailboxes for salesperson and manager are now full. No return calls. I have yet to file formal complaint to the state dealer authorities and the FTC. But will if I don’t get response in next few days.

Extremely disappointing and concerning experience with ALM Automotive Group in Union City, Georgia.
On February 26, 2026, we purchased a 2025 Hyundai from ALM Automotive Group in Union City and provided valid insurance documentation before leaving the dealership. Everything was approved at the time of sale. Shortly afterward, the dealership contacted us claiming there was an issue with the insurance and accused us of providing fraudulent insurance documentation.

After we did more research after the purchase we realized could have gotten a much better rate! I’m talking like at least by 2%. We did appreciate they were ok with not getting additional warranty. Did not appreciate only getting one key fob at the very end of the purchase. Those are super pricey. Payoff on trade in still hasn’t been paid 20 days later.
