RUN!!!! DO NOT purchase from this dealership. They will scam you with added warrenty even when you tell them you dont want it. It will be requested in the fees from the finance bank, and you will be stuck with the charges. Worst customer service. Good luck speaking to anyone or getting any direction.

This is the second time having my car serviced at this location, both times my car was kept for 2 weeks and the only way I was able to get any helpful information was to show my face ? because the communication between the service manager, advisors, and the customer is very poor. My car was dropped off with a little under half a tank and I got it back on empty. I didn't even bother going back to say anything because I was already frustrated.

Do not patronize this place. They tried to pull a fast one on us. Was there for almost 5 hours. Went through the whole process on a car that we were quoted a $35k something 'out the door price'. But when came time for the financing the price all of a sudden showed as $41k something. Was explained to me that the $35k something 'out the door price' was based on a $6k down payment. These guys are a joke. I’ve seen this location change staff members over and over again. With the service only going down. Literally, I’ve seen one of the text driving a customer car as if it was his own, and revving the engine.. latest visit I went in because I was having a park break issue. The guy reset it and said it was fine soon as I leave the dealership the light comes back on. I think I’m just going to find another Kia dealership to deal with.

I was lied to! I picked the wrong dealership to get a Kia! I would never send anyone to this place. 1st red flag is they didn’t honor the price I saw online. It was ALL of the vehicles under the model I was interested in. They offered dealer discounts on that vehicle type. The service agent was courteous and prompt on my arrival My vehicle sat completed for almost 40 mins before I was brought paperwork to leave. I could see it parked ready to go. I'm also disappointed the service department apparently does not top off fluids (washer fluid)

Would NOT recommend this place. The financing manager was extremely unprofessional — unresponsive, unreliable, and showed little urgency or follow-through. I had to constantly follow up to get things done, and it felt like everything happened only on her timeline, not the customer’s. Very disappointing experience.

Promises you one thing just to get your business but after you sign on the line everything changed and definitely the friendliness and care are out the window.
On a recent Thursday and Friday, I had appointments at two dealers to test drive a Rav4 in stock. When I got there, each had sold! No notification to me and long drives! On Friday Vince found the car I wanted at a nearby dealer and brought it to ALM for me to drive. In for appointment on Saturday at 1:30, out with my new Rav4 at 4:00! Another long drive but worth it! Plus he was fun to work with! Thank you, Vince!

Terrible customer service. Was told that I “couldn’t afford a car and had no business being there”. I was a cash buyer. Car was not detailed properly, dirty inside, spillages not wiped clean. Missing floor mats with no replacements provided. Awful. Will never return of recommend.

They are awful. Never fulfill promises - had trouble when purchasing my car and went back for service just to have service agent promise that I'd get a free service with a good review to Kia but since I've given a review, they don't respond.
We never met a guy named Blake. The price we were charged was not the internet price. It was almost like it was a price to get us on the lot then it reverted back to the original price.

On February 28, 2025, I purchased a used 2021 white Kia Soul from ALM Kia South, making a $500 down payment. I was assured the vehicle had been detailed and had undergone a 20-point inspection. However, upon receiving the car, it was evident that it had not been cleaned since its trade-in in December 2024. Good evenings, I’ve been brining my sisters car in and the repairs that you state and we paid for due to her engine light would not go off. You stated as park plugs we paid $600.00 for what. Drove off and the light came back on. Took it back and 2 to 3 days later you informed us it needs a catalytic converter. Never answer the phone Noone return your call my car drop off I had to go there to talk something after two days of calling.
ALM Car Repair invoiced me for over $7000 to replace the engine in my 2018 Lincoln MKZ. I took my car to Signature Auto, and the engine is fine. I just needed a tune-up. I wasted $199 on a bogus diagnostic test.

The purchase of my new vehicle went okay outside of them trying to offer me a full service inspection that I didn't need because they are obligated to complete an inspection prior to selling the vehicle. However, it has been over 30 days and I have yet to receive anything on the registration of my vehicle.
