By booking your appointment you authorize ALM to operate your vehicle on streets, highways, or elsewhere for the express purpose of performing diagnostics, repairs, and verifying completed repairs. You also agree to all charges presented at time of write up that include, but are not limited to, labor and parts charges, miscellaneous fees, sublet charges, taxes, and any other charges related to the repair or maintenance of your vehicle. ALM is not responsible for loss or damage to the vehicle, property, or any items left in the vehicle. ALM expresses no guarantees or warranty for any work performed on the vehicle. Any and all charges related to the repair or maintenance of your vehicle are due at time of completion and must be paid in full prior to the vehicle being released. You agree to a binding arbitration for any and all disputes related to this repair. By signing you also acknowledge that if payment is not received, or the vehicle is abandoned on the property, that a mechanic’s lien will be placed on the vehicle and/or the vehicle will be towed from the property.
